Episcopal Farmworker Ministry (EFWM) seeks an Executive Director who is fluent in Spanish and English, can build and heal relationships across cultural lines, advocate for and empower agricultural migrant workers, and work with the Board, staff, and volunteers to build and shape the ministry to meet the changing demands of the immigrant population.
The ideal candidate will be a servant leader who is not scared to get their hands dirty to ensure the process and systems leads to an organized and effective organization. They will lead with relationships because they respect the worth, dignity, and rights of all people. They will also have fundraising experience to ensure the sustainability of and growth of a grassroots organization.
