The Episcopal Farmworker Ministry’s priority is the community that we serve. There is a lot of misinformation and fear in the community about COVID-19 (coronavirus). We are taking action to disseminate reliable information to decrease the possibility of the virus’ spread. Visit our resources page (in Spanish).
Additionally, we have established some measures and protocols that the Ministry will follow to protect the health of the community and our staff.
In order to assist prevention efforts, the Ministry will close its doors temporarily, starting on Monday, March 16, and until further notice.
All of our programs and services will be canceled during this period, except our food distribution and our mental health services. In the coming days, we will elaborate on the logistics of these continued services. Please follow us on Facebook for more information (@efwm.farmworkers).
- If your family is counting on the food that we distribute each month, we ask you for your patience, as we work with the food bank to figure out the safest way to distribute food.
- If you have a mental health appointment, we ask you for your patience as we figure out the safest way to ensure that you can get this service.
If you have questions during this period, or if you need help, please contact us:
